Delete Data Policy

At ServiSeek, we take your privacy seriously. You have control over your personal information and can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Data

To delete your account and personal data through the app:

  1. Open the ServiSeek app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
  3. Confirm your request.

What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is completed, this will permanently remove your ServiSeek account and associated personal data, including where applicable:

  • Profile information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
  • Messages and chats stored within the platform
  • Service requests and offers linked to your account
  • Ratings and reviews associated with your profile

Once deleted, your account data cannot normally be recovered.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you are unable to access the app, or prefer to submit a request manually, please email us at support@serviseek.com.

Please include the email address associated with your account so that we can verify your identity and process your request securely.

Data Retention After Deletion

Deleted user data is removed from our active systems as part of the deletion process. Backup copies may remain for a limited period and are permanently deleted within approximately 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
